Mentoring is incredibly worthwhile. You learn about others - and yourself. You contribute to impact, and you support others. You’re making a difference, and that’s leadership.

Sammen om en jobb and Professional Women’s Network are organisations with extensive experience in running mentor programs. We believe that mentoring is beneficial, both on an individual level and to organisations and society as a whole.

We have assembled a panel of experts who will help us understand the various aspects of mentoring, including its role as leadership, self-development, upskilling, and as a catalyst for societal impact, influence, and change.

Bring curiosity and questions about mentoring, and join us! Welcome.
