Hva skal til for å oppleve trygghet, anerkjennelse og tilhørighet på en arbeidsplass? Hvordan blir vi påvirket av hatprat i samfunnet, og hva kan vi gjøre med det?
Seminarets første innleder tar opp psykologisk trygghet og psykososialt arbeidsmiljø på arbeidsplassen. Neste innleder tar for seg hvordan hatprat og mikroaggresjoner i samfunnet kan påvirke den enkelte, og hvor man kan få hjelp. Deltakerne får innsikt i hvordan slike erfaringer kan forstås og håndteres, og hvordan de selv kan bidra.
