Claudia Antwi-Adjei Hedegaard is the Founder of Unstuck AS and author of Gjør Karriere. With nearly 20 years of leadership experience across both the public and private sectors, she has held roles at the Norwegian Ministry of Finance, Equinor, Aker Energy, and NRK. Through her work, she has recruited, developed, and mentored professionals at all career stages. Claudia is passionate about helping people understand the unwritten rules of career success and build meaningful careers through strategic networking, personal ownership, and professional growth.
