Help us bridge the gap with Kompetansebro
Information about working life in Norway exists everywhere: scattered across dozens of websites, buried in PDFs and social media feeds. For skilled internationals trying to find their footing, the problem is rarely a lack of information, but navigating and finding relevant information.
That costs time. Time that could go into a job search or into getting to know a new country instead.
We have been working on an answer: Kompetansebro is a resource page in our digital platform, where internationals can find what they need in one place, and where we can share our knowledge more systematically with partner organisations across Norway.
Kompetansebro is funded by Sparebankstiftelsen SR-Bank, with technical support from Accenture, development funding from The PA Foundation, and pro bono contributions from Simonsen Vogt Wiig, Unique Communication and Hervé Gaudin. Haugaland Vekst and Caritas Stavanger are collaboration partners.
On October 15th, 6 to 8 PM, we're showing where the project stands and where it's headed. Expect a walk-through of the platform, a chance to meet some of the people who built it with us, and conversation over food and drinks. Speakers to be announced.
Open to members, mentors, partners, and anyone who wants to get to know our work. Bring a friend.
Practicalities:
The event is hosted in Innovasjonsparken, Professor Olav Hansens vei 7 in Ullandhaug. Building i2, in the Atrium.
