What is mentoring? What can you learn in the mentor program?
Understanding what the mentorship can offer, and what your role in it is, will help you get the most out of it. We will explore the roles and responsibilities of both the mentor and the mentee.
This session is mandatory for recently matched mentors and mentees (<1 month), and we encourage everyone else in our community to join.
