Preparing for an interview requires understanding the process and the true meaning behind the questions asked. Preparing for these questions and knowing how to answer them—especially in the cultural context of Norway—can be particularly difficult for foreigners who are unfamiliar with local norms and the “Janteloven.”
Julian Johns, founder of Culture Flow, a company dedicated to improving cultural intelligence for global teams, will guide us through the steps needed to succeed in job interviews in Norway.
