Sharing a clear understanding of the mentor/mentee roles and responsibilities is key to a successful mentoring experience.
This workshop provides an introduction to mentoring and the foundations of Sammen om en jobb’s program, and opens for discussion.
We welcome participant observations and cross-cultural comparisons on how mentors and mentees can collaborate! A good debate helps us learn from one another and grow.
