Welcome to a workshop where we discuss how trust is built—or not—in a Norwegian context. Our goal is to share experiences, learn from one another, and gain a clearer understanding of the context. You don’t have to agree with the “rules of the game,” but we believe that understanding paves the way for informed choices.
✅ Open to: Sammen om en jobb members and mentors in Stavanger
✅ Location: Stavanger // in-person
Sammen om en jobb members are expected to actively engage in the job-seeking process, including committing time and following up on agreed activities.
This workshop makes explicit how reliability is interpreted in Norwegian working life, and why it matters so much.
Regardless of individual constraints, repeated failure to follow through on commitments—especially without communication—will typically be understood as a lack of motivation or professionalism.
Our aim is not to judge, but to hear each other’s differing views, clarify how signals are read, and enable you to make informed choices.
