This article provides the information you need to begin your recruitment efforts.
Who is in the network?
As of May 2025, we have over 400 job seekers in our network, and that number is growing. This includes, among others:

🧕🏼 102 in Business and Administration
Since these job seekers are relatively new to Norway, they are also more mobile than the rest of the population: as many as 50% say they are willing to relocate for a relevant job, and 85% say they would consider it.
Although many of the job seekers are new to Norway, 59% report that their Norwegian language proficiency is at level B1 (intermediate) or higher.
How do I get access?

How to Recruit?
There are two main ways to use the platform for recruitment: searching the candidate database and posting job openings. You can also see how to do this in the video below.
Search the candidate database
Once you've logged in, you can find the candidate database by going to “Candidates” in the menu at the top. Then click the funnel icon in the upper-right corner of the list to bring up the filter criteria. You can then filter by field of study, location, language, and more. If you don’t get any results, you can broaden your search by removing some of the search criteria.
If you find candidates who might be a good fit, you can click on their name to view their full profile. Many participants have uploaded their resume and/or LinkedIn profile, so you can learn even more about them. If you’d like to get in touch, you can send the job seeker a message within the platform, and they will be notified by email.
Share Job Postings
Under “Groups,” you can share job openings. There are primarily two places where you can share job openings:
In the general category “Job Openings / Vacant Positions”
In the specific professional groups
If you're unsure where it's best to post the job openings, you can try both places. Specific professional groups are available only for the largest fields. Be sure to select the “All Groups” list to view all groups.
