In addition to a high level of professional expertise, there are several advantages to recruiting within the network:
Mobile group: Since the participants have arrived in Norway relatively recently, many will be more willing to relocate for a relevant job than the rest of the population.
Innovation: Diversity contributes to increased innovation (McKinsey, 2023). A more diverse workplace can also have a positive impact on the work environment and create more room for employees to be themselves at work.
International expertise: In an increasingly globalized world, language and cultural competence are becoming more and more important, and diverse teams are better equipped to meet the challenges of tomorrow’s workplace.

Flying under the radar: Highly educated immigrants often fall through the cracks in standard recruitment processes, even when employers are eager to recruit a more diverse workforce. In addition, this is a group that employers often encounter in settings that differ somewhat from those where they typically meet other job seekers.

Networking Event: Every other month, we hold a networking event where you can present your workplace and meet over 100 professionals.
Headhunting: All of our job seekers are registered in our digital community. As a recruiter, you can easily filter by industry, language, and location, and contact the job seekers who are a good fit.
Advertising: Job openings can be advertised directly to relevant professional groups within the digital community.
