This is a Diversify event designed to support international talent in Norway.

While you might be the perfect candidate, it’s not always easy to show it. What is the best way to explain why you have been under-employed since you came to Norway? This workshop will help participants understand the value of their skills and experiences — including so-called “non-relevant jobs” — and show them how to project that value in their CVs.

In addition to these workshops, we also organize monthly Peer Learning Sessions, which your mentees are warmly welcome to join as well. These sessions create a space for mentees to connect with each other, share experiences, and learn together.
