This is a Diversify event designed to support international talent in Norway.

In addition to these workshops, we also organize monthly Peer Learning Sessions, which your mentees are warmly welcome to join as well. These sessions create a space for mentees to connect with each other, share experiences, and learn together.

As part of the program, you’ll also take part in Peer Learning Sessions. These are informal group meetings where you can connect with other mentees, share your experiences, exchange tips, and support each other as you navigate the Norwegian job market. They’re a great way to learn from your peers’ strategies, build confidence, and grow your network while being part of a supportive community.
