Through our digital network community, Sammen om en jobb helps Norwegian municipalities address two challenges simultaneously: 1) integration and the desire to stay by supporting highly educated immigrants in finding relevant jobs, and 2) recruitment and relocation by connecting our target group with the business community’s need for skilled workers. In this article, we explore what such a collaboration might look like.

In 2022, we generated a socioeconomic value of 20.3 million, or 141,000 per participant. This means that for every krone invested in Sammen om en jobb, 7.4 kroner in socioeconomic impact is generated. Learn more about how we calculate our socioeconomic impact here.
