Welcome to our new in-person monthly meetings, Multicultural Monday

Living in a foreign country, searching for work, and juggling responsibilities at home, school, and a part-time job, or upskilling, can be stressful and demanding. We get it. We want to support you in the best way possible, and we know that community support can be a game-changer. We want to be the tribe you lean on through the job-seeking process.

Multicultural Monday is our community coming together.

You can expect:

✅ A short ‘topic for the day’ presentation followed by community discussions and shared insight. Our discussion topic for today is culture shock

✅ The opportunity to ask questions - about job-seeking, life in Norway, adjustment, or anything else relevant - and get community support

✅ Access to book a one-on-one meeting (30 min) with program manager Tone Indrelid after the event. First come, first served: the time slots are 13.30, 14.00, 14.30. Send an email to tone@sammenomenjobb.no to book a time

Practicalities:

The event is hosted in Måltidets Hus, Richard Johnsens vei 4 in Ullandhaug. The nearest bus stop is Innovasjonsparken. Paid parking is available. You’ll be received in Måltidets Hus reception from 11.45. Please be on time, we start at 12.00 sharp!
