🇬🇧 Memory and Languages: How to Remember Anything

Have you noticed how some people learn languages in no time, while others struggle and struggle and never achieve fluency? The primary characteristic of successful learners isn't the similarity of their mother tongue, nor some innate ability for language learning. What makes you great at language learning are the tools, methods and habits you use - and the best news is that anyone can do this in any language!

Our brain is absolutely amazing, yet, it doesn’t always cooperate when we want it to remember all those new words and grammar. Luckily, there are ways to change that. In this module you’ll learn:

  • How our memory works and how to apply that to language learning

  • Why adults can learn even faster than children, and how to do this

  • Two highly efficient techniques for vocabulary and grammar retention

  • How to weed out your repeated mistakes once and for all

Learning 15 new words every day is very doable, and all you need is 30 minutes. If this sounds crazy this course is for you.

The workshop is held by Erlend Skarsgard Nyheim. Erlend is the co-founder of Sammen om en jobb and Handprints, and speaks six languages. He also has a degree as a teacher with a specialisation in second language acquisition for adults, and has taught hundreds of people how to learn languages more effectively.

The workshop is free and open for anyone who wants to radically speed up their language learning. Preference is given to members of Sammen om en jobb.
