How to prepare for an interview in Norway?
If you’re already getting interviews, or you want to prepare to be called for interviews, this workshop is for you.
Preparing for an interview requires understanding the process and the real meaning behind the questions asked. Preparing for them and how to answer them, especially in the cultural context of Norway, can be particularly difficult for foreigners unfamiliar with local norms and the “Janteloven”.
Julian Johns, founder of Culture Flow, a company dedicated to improving cultural intelligence for global teams, will guide us through the preparation needed to succeed in interviews in Norway.
