The Mentor Plan is a dashboard that provides you with a complete overview of your mentoring relationship.
Please note that the mentor plan feature is only visible to those in an active mentoring relationship.
To access the mentor plan, click on "Mentor Plan" in the top menu, then click on the number to the left of your name to go to the correct page (see below).
The mentor plan is a shared page, meaning that whatever one person writes is visible to the other. The image on the right shows the layout of the mentor plan. Each number corresponds to a specific feature, which are described below:
1. View your own profile and your mentor's or mentee's profile
2. See where you are in the mentoring journey and how much time is left
3. Get suggestions for meeting topics, exercises, and sample agendas for each topic (click on a topic to view these)
4. Set goals and track your progress
5. Review the meeting logs (mentees are required to log each meeting)
6. Send messages, share documents, etc.
