How to apply for the mentor programme

Application process

To apply for a mentor, you must be a member of Sammen om en jobb and have created a user on the digital platform. The application process takes approximately 1 hour and includes the following steps:

1. Watch the informational video and complete the quiz (30 min)
   The video above contains all the information you need about the mentor program. Once you’ve seen it, complete the quiz below. We require you to have 90% correct answers in the quiz. All the answers can be found in the video, and you can take the quiz as many times you wish.

2. Write a motivation letter (20 min)
   You send the motivation letter together with your application in the digital platform. If you have to send it in afterwards, have a look at this guide.

3. Apply for a mentor in the digital platform (5 min)
   If you did not apply for the mentor program when you registered on the digital platform, you can do so later (see the image).

We review applications during the second new week of each month. For us to consider your application, you must have completed all the steps above. While you wait for a reply, there is plenty you can do on the digital platform. As soon as your application is approved, you can start looking for a mentor yourself through self-matching, and at the same time we at Sammen om en jobb will begin searching for a suitable mentor. Remember that even if you are accepted to the mentor programme we cannot guarantee that we’ll find a suitable mentor.
