Discrimination in hiring processes - What does the law say?

We are excited to welcome senior associate Anne Marie Skeie from law firm Simonsen Vogt Wiig.

Anne Marie will walk us through the legal framework around discrimination in hiring processes and life at work: what’s legal, what’s not, and what should you be aware of? This relates to the Working Environment Act and the Equality and Anti-Discrimination Act.

We will also discuss what to consider in unpaid roles.

We believe that information is key to navigating working life in a new country.
