3.4 How Does the Employer Think?
An employer will likely have some questions or concerns about your profile. Will you be a good fit? Do you speak Norwegian well enough? Are you motivated to work here long-term? Your job is to reassure the employer that hiring you is the right decision, so it’s important to have a good understanding of how employers typically think. In this module, we’ll focus on exactly that.
