Template for the Mentoring Program
It can be hard to know where to start, what topics you should discuss with your mentor, and how to plan effective meetings. That’s why we’ve created a template for a typical mentoring program. This template includes 24 topics—so you’ll always have something to work on, even if you meet with your mentor every single week. Each topic comes with a sample agenda and at least one practical exercise. This makes it easy to plan great meetings without having to spend a lot of time on preparation and follow-up. You’ll find this template both under the timeline in“Mentor Plan”and under the tab labeled “Mentor Program” in“Learning.”
