How to Apply for the Mentoring Program

The Application Process

To apply for a mentor, you must be a member of Sammen om en jobband have created a user account on the digital platform. The application process takes about 1 hour and includes the following steps:

1. Watch the informational video and complete the quiz (30 min)
   The video above contains all the information you need about the mentoring program. Once you’ve watched it, complete the quiz below. We require that you get 90% of the answers correct on the quiz. All the answers can be found in the video, and you can take the quiz as many times as you like.

2. Write a letter of motivation (20 min)
   Submit your letter of motivation along with your application via the digital platform. If you need to submit it later, follow this guide.

3. Apply for a mentor on the digital platform (5 min)
   If you did not apply for the mentor program when you registered on the digital platform, you can do so later (see image).

We process applications during the second week of each month. In order for us to review your application, you must have completed all of the steps listed above. While you wait for a response, there’s plenty you can do on the digital platform. As soon as your application is approved, you can start looking for a mentor yourself through self-matching, and at the same time, we at Sammen om en jobb will begin the process of finding a suitable mentor for you. Keep in mind that even if you’re accepted into the mentoring program, we can’t guarantee that we’ll find a suitable mentor.
