The mentor plan is a dashboard giving you a full overview of your mentoring relationship.
Note that the mentor plan feature is only visible to those in an active mentoring relationship.
Access the mentor plan by clicking on Mentor Plan in the top menu, then clicking on the number to the left of your names to access the correct page (see below).
The mentor plan is a shared page, meaning that whatever one person writes is seen by the other. The image to the right shows the layout of the mentor plan. Each number corresponds to one functionality, which are described below:
1. View your own profile and your mentor/mentee’s profile
2. See where you are in the mentoring journey and how much time remains
3. Get suggestions for meeting topics, exercises, and sample agendas for each topic (click on a topic to view these)
4. Set goals and track your progress
5. See the meeting logs (it is mandatory for mentees to log each meeting)
6. Send messages, share documents, etc.
