Decide how you want to continue after the program—whether by meeting as a group, forming a job network, or creating an Impact Group. You leave with momentum and a community that continues to support you.

📌 Aim: Reflect on your journey, evaluate your progress, and create a plan for what comes next.

✏️ Preparation: (20 minutes)

  • Bring your Job Seekers Mapping Wheel from Session 1, or fill in a fresh one.

  • Read through our module on possible next steps for the network. 

  • Reflect on 1) How your situation has changed since you started the program, 2) what the most important things you have learned or gained are, and 3) the most important next steps in your job search.

 

💬 Agenda: (2-3 hours)

  1. Check-inn (10 min): Any updates, doubts or topics for the end?

  2. Discussion (45 min): Reflect upon your progress

    1. Compare your job seekers mapping wheel now with your wheel from the start: What has changed? What has improved? What still needs work?

    2. What is your single most important next step in your job search?

    3. What obstacles might get in the way, and how can you overcome them?

    4. What support do you still need — from the group or from others?

  3. Discussion (45 min): Next steps for the job network:

    1. What has worked well in the network? What could have been better?

    2. Which sessions or activities were most valuable to you, and why?

    3. What have you appreciated most about this group?

    4. How do you want to continue after this program? (Keep meeting as a group? Form a new network? Join other activities? Or simply go in separate ways?)

  4. Final survey (10 min): Help us improve the program by completing the final survey on this link of by scanning the QR-code below. Please do this before leaving the meeting. 

  5. Check-out (10 min): Share one thing you are proud of from this program, and one wish for each other going forward.

  • Update the action plan for your job seeking process with your next steps.

  • Plan the appropriate next steps if you want to keep meeting as a network.
