✏️ Preparation: (1 hour)

  • Everyone: Download this document, and add all potential employers from your field.

  • The facilitator (or someone else): create a shareable version of your document where you’ll collect the notes from everyone during the meeting.

 

💬 Agenda: (2-3 hours)

  1. Divide roles (5 min): Find a facilitator to guide the meeting and a scribe for the exercise.

  2. Check-inn (10 min): Any updates or topics for the end?

  3. Exercise (60 min): Create a common list of all relevant employers.

    1. If the group share the same field; add your notes into one sole document.

    2. If different fields; each person gets feedback on their own list from the others (5-10 min each).

  4. Discussion (60 min): Now that you have a list of relevant employers, how to proceed?

    1. How can you keep updated on opportunities with each employer?

    2. Can you get in touch with them? Events? Company visits? Via your network?

    3. How to become a potential candidate? How to make your profile relevant?

  5. Finalization (10 min): Go through the next steps and plan the next meeting.

  6. Check-out (5 min): Everyone shares one concrete step they’ll take before next meeting.
